The Workshop
Creative Movement Meditation (CMM)
CMM is an awareness and creativity workshop focused on trauma relief and emotional integration.
Rooted in somatic practices, conscious dance, meditation, and art therapy, it offers a space to explore inner experience through the body and give it form through intuitive expression. This process supports participants in gently accessing and releasing stored tension, reconnecting with the body in presence, and reestablishing contact with the world through creative expression.
Each session follows a clear three-part structure.

We begin by cultivating awareness through breath and subtle somatic sensing. This phase regulates the nervous system and supports the return to bodily perception, often diminished by trauma or chronic stress. It sets the foundation for the rest of the session and invites a connection to presence.
Guided Meditation

Building on this presence, we enter into meditative movement, drawing from elements of ecstatic dance and somatic release. Here, the body is invited to express freely, bypassing the limitations of verbal forms. Movement becomes a language through which emotions, memories, and tension can surface and begin to be relieved.
Meditative Movement

The final phase invites participants to translate their experience into visual form, through intuitive painting. This is not about aesthetics or outcome, but about accessing the symbolic language of the unconscious. Art becomes a means of reflection, containment, and reorientation, a bridge between the inner experience and the outer world.
